Amy Melden is an experienced San Diego business transaction attorney, specializing in real estate and business/corporate transactions. She routinely handles a broad range of real estate matters, including:

  • Tenant and landlord leasing involving shopping centers, restaurants, office buildings and all types of commercial properties.
  • Agreements of sale for the sale and acquisition of real estate.
  • Financing matters – both as to lenders and borrowers.
  • Conveyance documents including easements, deeds and declarations of covenants, as well as title insurance matters.

Amy started her career at Fox Rothschild LLP, and later worked as in-house counsel for IHOP Corp. where she gained extensive experience in commercial leasing matters.

Amy is a native San Diegan and lives in Coronado with her husband.
