Joshua Gilbert is an associate with the firm’s litigation team, where he represents individuals and businesses in personal injury, corporate disputes, and employment matters.

Prior to joining Schwartz Semerdjian, Josh served as a JAG officer in the United States Air Force, where he litigated criminal cases and adverse employment actions, provided legal assistance to service members, and advised senior military leaders on a broad array of matters from torts and environmental law to contracts.

Josh received his bachelor’s degree from Point Loma Nazarene University and his juris doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. In his spare time, Josh enjoys CrossFit, hiking, and exploring national parks.
