As an associate on the firm’s litigation team, Carly Stacey represents businesses and individuals in corporate disputes, personal injury, and employment matters. Prior to joining Schwartz Semerdjian, Carly worked at a firm handling civil business litigation, employment discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, slip and fall, pedestrian and car accidents, catastrophic personal injury, and intellectual property matters.

After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Honors College at Texas Christian University, Carly moved back to her home city of San Diego to attend the University of San Diego School of Law. While at law school, Carly clerked at large international and national firms, specializing in civil litigation and intellectual property matters. She represented USD and placed top 3 at the ABA’s Client Counseling Competition and became a Client Advocacy coach.

Carly was a recipient of two CALI awards in legal writing and contract drafting and was fortunate to study International Arbitration, Mergers and Acquisitions while abroad in London.

When not at work, Carly enjoys Pilates, riding her horse, traveling abroad, and driving her Polaris RZR on exhilarating off-road adventures.
