Scott is an associate on the firm’s civil litigation team representing individuals and businesses in contract, employment, and business matters. Prior to joining the firm, Scott focused his practice on employment and labor disputes, contract law, and general business litigation.

Scott graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor with a Business and Corporate Law Concentration from the University of San Diego, School of Law. During law school, Scott was a Moot Court Associate and Executive Board Member and provided Pro Bono legal services to startup businesses with the USD Entrepreneurship Clinic. Scott was also a recipient of a CALI award in contract drafting. 

He lives in San Diego and enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and cat. He also enjoys traveling internationally, working with computers, and Padres/LA Kings games.
