Courtney Chamberlin is an associate on the firm's litigation team, handling a variety of matters, including businesses and individuals in corporate dispute, employment, and personal injury matters. Before coming to SSCE, Courtney was working with a startup cannabis company, handling regulatory, intellectual property, and litigation matters. She also had the opportunity to be a secondment attorney at SSCE before returning as a full-time associate.

Courtney received her Bachelor of Science degree in Non-Profit Arts and Entertainment from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law ("CWSL"). While at CWSL, Courtney was a peer tutor for incoming 1Ls and served as secretary fo CWSL's Moot Court Honors Board.

While in law school, Courtney worked as a Certified Legal Intern with the San Diego Public Defender's in the Fresh Start department working on post-conviction work. She also interned with New Media Rights, which provides legal services, educational resources, and public policy advocacy for creators, entrepreneurs, and artists.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time in the sunshine with her friends and family and her dog, Henri.
