Schwartz Semerdjian attorneys frequently provide wise counsel and guidance about a variety of employment-related issues.  The Firm represents either the employer or the employee when the employment relationship is being created, including, where appropriate, the preparation of an employment agreement. The Firm has experience assisting parties amicably end an employment relationship if the employee plans to leave his or her current employment and start a business that might be in competition with the employee's current employer.  

Schwartz Semerdjian attorneys work with employers to develop effective personnel policies and provide counseling to assist employers and employees to resolve workplace conflicts that might otherwise lead to litigation.  We also provide on-site training and conduct internal investigations for clients.
